FeedCount Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the FeedCount app provided by ssunm. By using FeedCount you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

FeedCount is a paid app purchased once through the App Store. All features are included in the purchase. ssunm may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Your records and responsibility

You are responsible for the presets, records, names, and other content you enter in FeedCount. FeedCount is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Decisions about your baby’s feeding and health should be made with a qualified healthcare professional.

Privacy

Use of FeedCount is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Private iCloud sync is handled as described there.

Acceptable use

You must not violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer or modify the app except where permitted by law.

Third-party services

FeedCount may use Apple iCloud, CloudKit, and WidgetKit. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and ssunm does not control their availability or policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FeedCount is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ssunm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of records.

Changes and contact
